Delivery information

Your order will be processed according to product availability.

When the website indicates that the product is “In stock”, your confirmed order placed before 2pm* will be processed on the same day.

Whenthe website indicates that the product is “Out of stock”, the referenced watch is no longer in stock immediately. You can contact us by e-mail or by phone in order to know if the product will be available soon.

Shipments are made Monday to Friday (except on French bank holidays) once the payment has been received. The estimated delivery time given on the product sheet starts from the confirmation of your order, and is under no circumstances binding.

An e-mail of confirmation is sent to inform you when your parcel is shipped.  All postage fees are indicated on each product sheet so that you know exactly how much you will pay for the delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, we will inform you by e-mail and give you the tracking number of your parcel. This tracking number is also available from your customer account, section ‘Track your order’. You can check where your parcel is by consulting the carrier’s website.


Our return policy allows you to return products ordered within 14 calendar days after receipt of goods ordered.  We will refund the full price if the returned items are in compliance with our Terms and Conditions (see: Terms and Conditions ARTICLE 8).

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete (accessories, instruction of use ...), accompanied by its warranty card within limited timeline (see: Terms and Conditions ARTICLE 8).
