1.1 This Maison TELLUS privacy policy (the “ Privacy Policy ”) and the documents to which it refers or which are referred to in it, describe how TELLUS processes your personal data. Our Privacy Policy applies to all legal entities of Maison TELLUS, its stores and its authorized resellers.

We encourage you to carefully read the terms of our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, disclose and transfer the personal information you provide to us on our website “ www.maison-tellus.com ” (the “ Website ”) , mobile applications and all other digital platforms (the " Platforms "), but also when you contact us by telephone, or when you interact with us on social media platforms.

Our Privacy Policy also explains how we collect personal information through the use of cookies and related technologies when you use our Platforms.

1.2 In this Privacy Policy, the terms “TELLUS”, “Maison TELLUS”, “we”, “us” and “our”, designate our House, namely the company Tellus Watches SAS, a company incorporated under French law with its registered office social 20 rue Fortuny 75017 Paris as well as its affiliated companies.

1.3 TELLUS reserves the right, at any time, to modify this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion and without notice. We therefore invite you to consult them regularly in order to stay informed of updates. The latest version of the Privacy Policy will always be the one available on the Website and will take effect as soon as it is published on the Website.

1.4 Our Website hosting services are provided by Shopify International Ltd in Ireland. Mobile applications may be hosted by us or by other companies.

 

2. DEFINITION OF PERSONAL DATA

 

2.1 The use of the term "personal data(s)" in this Privacy Policy (" Personal Data ") applies to all personal information which relates to an identified or identifiable person and includes in particular information such as title, name, gender, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, mobile number, IP address, payment details, and all other information such as the pages viewed, your purchases made on the Website or by telephone, your preferences in relation to our products and reactions to offers displayed on our online services.

                You have the right to ask TELLUS:

                  • to correct any inaccuracies and/or update any obsolete Personal Data.
                    • the deletion of your Personal Data or a restriction on their use, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
                      • to withdraw your consent at any time. This means that we will no longer be able to continue processing your data based on this consent in the future, it being specified that any data processing based on another legal basis remains possible;
                        • to unsubscribe from email marketing communications at any time by sending an email to the address listed in the “Contact Us” section of our Website.
